You know there's an interesting energy that's brewing around this recent full moon and I don't know if you've noticed it but there's an energy of soul connections and they don't have to be just romantic but romance can be a part of it, because we're heightening our reconnection in another spiral up on the DNA strand in order to.

really heal our soul connections. So some of you are going to feel a longing for completion, for continuation and for deepening. So what is that for you and what have you been feeling? The thing is, I'm not sure if you've been feeling it. I'm not sure if you've been feeling it. The thing about soul connections being powerful, is to really understand what it means to be grounded and to allow the connections to enhance our experience with union, with connection, with deepening our relationships, friendships, soul ships, family ships.

And we can only do that if we're really focusing on what it is that we need to heal. And so many of us walk around just sort of with the illusion of doing our work, you know, listening to YouTubes and, you know, getting inspired in the moment, but not following through, not being accountable to anybody who really knows how to lead us into the places that we can't lead ourselves in.

So I'm just going to. Remind you today of how important it is to use your. abilities to connect with your teachers to help you to really enhance those like bumps in the road when it comes to our soul's growth and really facing ourselves. And we're going to see that in our outer circumstances coming inward. You know, you're going to see a lot of karmas coming.

back full circle, cycles of disappointment and uncertainty really coming back to just say, hey, I get it. I understand. I accept. I see what's happening here. And it has a lot to do with you, of course, because you're in my face with my karma right there. Hello, whoever you are. But at the same time, that's going to be happening less. on what do I need? to do to heal and how do I not set myself up in that magnetic attraction connection where, I'm constantly you know getting hit by a two by four you know because you didn't see that the construction worker was you know swinging it around just trying to get it to where it was going and didn't see you in the peripheral it's really really hard to hold ourselves accountable to our cycles of disappointment of self-criticism and outward criticism of others which would be.

like judgments right and and self-judgments so think of the energy that's really coming from this moon at maximum velocity it's just saying to you heal woman heal heal, It's time. And it's a good time to do it because we're in this longer cycle of the day. So we've got more light coming in. So metaphorically and energetically and frequency wise, we have so much more available energy to help us out and to really call us back to our self-honesty.

So my next question is, how honest have you been with yourself about truly making this shift happen so you can really start to develop the true manifestation that you're capable of? You know, invest in yourself. Invest time. Invest money. Invest awareness. Invest breath.

invest into your body. Just give back to you. You know, if you've got to get the gym membership to get the body back in order, get the gym membership. If you've got to get your sessions in order to not just keep always maybe staying in the outer rings of the circle and you just got to get in, and you wouldn't, you wouldn't postpone going to a doctor, right? Get that investment going with.

your spirit. Invest in yourself and the things that you thought you really wanted to have for a while, but just have been too frugal about. If you don't get the money moving and rolling, on the small things, on the mediocre things, and even what seems like a large thing to you, you're going to know. Notice you don't buy the house. That is a really big investment. You don't create the relationships that can actually change your life.

You don't do the skin care that you know that your skin's needed or the dental care. Do the little things. It's kind of like a little bump in the butt, you know, a little pat on the booty to say, hey, get up, get going. The energy of the universe's astrological kind of lineup is pressing against us for change.

And I think so often when we feel the pressures of change, so many of us just get tired. We're like, oh, no, I just think I'll take a nap. I think I'll eat a cookie. I think I'll sit and binge watch Netflix. Um, where's my comfort food? You know, it's so easy to get off balance when it just takes a little bit of extra time to write the list of what's the list of what's going to really make.

you feel happy. Um, how are you going to do this next step in life? What is that going to look like? And what are the ingredients it needs in order for you to really fuel it with your belief? Because if you're just sleepily going from day to day, and you're not, you're not kind of screwing into it, you know, um, winding down into tightening your grip, that's a time when it's good to have a.

good grip. Have a good grip on your future reality. Don't be tethered. unnecessarily to things that are not going to help you to create and enjoy and live in happiness and you know all the things but but do do take the tool do take the screwdriver and screw the screw in that you need to dial into taking each ring a little deeper in your focus and your.

commitment to yourself and i think just a really clear awareness of where you feel deficient is are you tired is your body tired are you feeding yourself good food are you are you watching kind of um the doom scroll of your social media or are you just kind of looking at all of the the multiple ways to heal doing nothing right um are you taking.

time to think about what you're doing what you're doing what you're doing what you're doing, Aim to not be involved with everything that's just sort of vying for your attention and saying, hey, you know, I'm just going to go and be with myself for a little while. I'm going to go stretch. I'm going to go swim. I'm going to go walk through the ferns and the trails and I'm going to sit under the stars. This is a time to really make it real.

Um, your body wants that your mind wants that your spirit needs that you're going to see a lot of outer chaos like we talked about. It's just how it is right now, but you don't have to match it. But the only way you're going to stay calm and not match it is to really quell your fear receptors and your disorderly receptors.

and support whatever it is your whatever your specific personality needs in order to really make yourself really proud of you and I think sometimes that begins with self-acceptance, sometimes it's allowing yourself to want something and work for it you know as givers a lot of times we just don't and it's a problem you know especially for us as sensitive women.

we can really get off track that way so take a little splash in the well before you go back to reality smell the good smells of the jasmine and the lilacs and the things that are blooming around your area notice the sky um really take notice of the, sunrises and the sunsets. Hug a tree, you know, be more loving to those around you at work, your.

kids, your elders. It's a time for awareness. We're building chi. We're building mana. We're building prana. Let your energy rise and be so proud of yourself.
