that awakening can be the hardest thing you've ever done. That sounds like an exaggeration, but you know, circumstantial things happen and that can be hard. So I'm not talking about loss of a relationship, loss of a loved one, injury, that kind of thing. hard. I'm talking about process hard. Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. Because awakening.

just seems like a wonderful event, doesn't it? Like now I wake up and now I create. You are awakening if you have these symptoms. If you feel the pressure of the world collapsing, onto your energy field and you feel like an avalanche just fell on you. Awakening might be happening if you feel like running up to the top floor of a building and suddenly jumping off.

because you have so much confusing energy. You just feel like a cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs and you do erratic things. Awakening can be happening when you feel, a deep sense of loss but you haven't lost anything awakening can be happening if you feel a life review of your world and you don't feel any sense of accomplishment awakening can be.

happening when your body feels weird like you get um real sexual feelings from nowhere that's your kundalini busting out and no appropriate way to work through it in that moment right uh awakening can be happening when you feel a lot of anxiety and terror for no darn reason but it happens again and again and you kind of for some of you have been awakening.

since you were born awakening can be happening when you feel alone and you don't feel like you belong in the world that's a real, Strong symptom of awakening. Awakening is usually happening when the contrast is very defined for you. Like you feel the pressure of the schism between good and evil. And you just feel like you're trying to be good and you're trying to see the good, but you're so darn alert. You're aware of everything that is going wrong in the world.

And you think that's not spiritual. Oh, but it is. It's how you handle these things. And can you imagine sometimes you're feeling several of them all at the same time or all in the same day or all in the same month, where everything is changing all at once all the time. didn't plan on any of those changes it can be a huge time of endings and just not the awareness.

it's not the world you're made for and at some point you realize that and for some of you you've always known that but for some people they can just be happily moving along like the full card in the tarot deck you know, about to step off the cliff and they don't even know. It's a lot like the fool card actually in the tarot deck because that fool has its foot just about ready to topple right off that cliff.

You can just be, naive and be way in over your head and as you start to awaken you awaken to the fact that you're not prepared to be a spiritual human being in this life but your body wants it and your your mind wants it and your spirit wants it and you can feel the pressure of that desire that usually comes.

when it's time. So, whether you have already had an awakening, whether the idea or concept is alluring to you, or whether you're in all the middle of this, how did I know, oh my gosh, you're talking to me today. It all has its perfect timing. I promise. You are just where you're supposed to be.

And dealing with Kundalini is an art. It's kind of like hindsight is 20-20 kind of thing. And because it's so precious, you'll notice the people that you love around you that are starting to crack open. It's a very sacred thing. But it makes you erratic. It makes you kind of crabby. It definitely can make you pretty fearful.

I think it also can make you feel very curious if you're going through these symptoms and I tell you it's going to be okay. This is what you waited for to tear down the constructs that don't serve you anymore. And a lot of them were built over a false matrix. What makes it false? The fact that.

we're in 3D is the start of what makes it false. 3D is not your natural reality. Your natural reality is to know your connection to prime source creator and to live in bliss. But the earth plane is not bliss. It has bliss. It has moments of bliss. It has ecstasy. We can meditate into that bliss, but you're never going to live there all the time.

But awakening gives you a way to find it, to realize what's happening, to be patient with yourself, to respect it. Because sometimes people just do a lot of kundalini awakening exercises, videos. I don't really recommend trying to wake up your kundalini.

It's going to happen through an experience that you're going to be ready or not ready for. But when it happens, it's very destabilizing. I've worked with kundalini awakening, oh goodness, since I started my work. So I've seen a lot of it. I was born with kundalini. And that's what makes me shake. That's how I learned about the shaking and teaching the shaking and how that's an energetic release. So if you do kind of want to gently move through these flows that you're feeling pressurized, it could be a little bit like when you're younger and you're about to get your period, but you don't really know those aches and pains and what they mean yet.

It can be a little bit like perimenopause. There's just like a little bit of discomfort. And you just don't know how to handle it or what's throwing you off. It can be like getting your moon cycle, right? So at least women, we have a little bit of a secular cycle to. knowing that things build, and then they kind of burst, and then they sort of recess. It's harder.

for men to know that and to feel that. So if you're feeling that building of pressure, the best thing I can suggest is dancing, like ecstatic dancing. Breathwork, you can look up kundalini yoga. My favorite is Gurmukh, and that's G-U-R-M-U-K-H. And guess what? It's super old. It'll be hard to find, but she has such good old school kundalini yoga that you're gonna love. You could do it again.

and again and again and again. And it used to be a DVD, but we don't really do that anymore, right? So shaking, breathwork, look up breath of fire, and, Find one that's comfortable for you. I do it a lot with you. And lastly, I would say, you know how light language is excellent for managing this. So find the videos and audios on light language that you love.

Don't let it scare you, but we're removing the rougher sides of our personality and awakening really hard. helps with that. So just utilize the pressures that you're feeling wisely and really devote yourself to your personal work. Try to make sure that you create regular attendance for yourself at the well and really dig into the old videos. And I don't mean that they're that old. They're recent, but there's so many of them. And it's so nice to be so well resourced.

So exercise to them, fall asleep to them, you know, lay on your couch, cozied up with headphones to them. But the frequency that's coming through is so transformative, and it changes. So you might just want to replay a whole month, you know, and you're going to feel like it's the first time you've heard a lot of them. Know that the downloads are you.

eliciting some of the rougher sides of your personality out of you so that you can heal and have a micro shift. And if you keep having micro shifts, it prepares you to be able to handle macro shifts, which are major changes that come up. But when you have a series of micro shifts, you can say, oh, it was a lot, but I handled it pretty well because I've been doing my work. Today is really awesome because Kundalini really is hard, but it also makes you glow.
